DAWN JONES
Owner/Stylist
​
Dawn has been in the hair industry for over 30 years. Her passion for the craft was instilled at an early age as her mother was also a hair dresser. She brings not only a wealth of knowledge but a love for every person who sits in her chair. Dawn is known for her precision cuts and advanced coloring techniques and regularly travels around the country to remain current in modern techniques and trends. When Dawn isn't behind the chair you can find her spending time with her beloved family or traveling with her husband, Ken!

ALLIE KINNEY
Salon Director
​
Allie has over a decade of experience in the salon industry with extensive skills in organizational + growth team leadership. She started working in the field at Dawn’s first owned salon business in 2009 and formed a life long passion for the hair industry. Throughout college, she worked at multiple salons implementing social media, product research, and substantial positive client/guest relations. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations + Communications, she soon moved to Atlanta to pursue salon management. When Allie isn’t in the salon, you can probably find her enjoying a heart-to-heart with a friend, or sipping a glass of wine on a rooftop patio.

DILLON DRUMMOND
Stylist/Manager

Dillon began his journey in the haircare industry in 2014 where he started as an associate for his mother, Dawn. As he grew in the salon, he decided to take his craft to the next level and entered into a formal education program at the Toni and Guy Academy as well as the L'Oreal Academy. He now thrives as a cultivated stylist with his own personal style. He loves creating complex texture using advanced coloring techniques and personally unique hair styling methods. Outside of the salon, you can find Dillon hanging with his pups + fiancé, Tanner!

TANNER MAJORS
Stylist/Educator

Tanner has been in the salon industry for over a decade and works both as a stylist and educator. His passion for education makes him amazing at encouraging everyone around him while creating your perfect vision. When it comes to hair, all things color are his passion. Outside of the salon you can find Tanner hanging out with his reptile friends + pups, watching his all time favorite show (Grey's Anatomy) or making the perfect plate of nachos with his fiancé, Dillon!

COURTNEY APPLING
Stylist

Courtney has been doing hair since 2017, and has loved every minute of it! Before beginning her career in the hair industry, she was actually a dog groomer proving that she just can’t stay away from sharp scissors! Courtney is obsessed with doing non-gendered haircuts, undercut designing, and edgy/vivid hair colors. In her freetime, you can find Courtney listening to true-crime podcasts, playing video games, or turning her house into a witchy jungle.

MELISSA CORLEY
Stylist

Melissa is excited to join you on your hair journey! She's been in the industry for 20+ years and has been a mentor/educator for 7 of those. Melissa has experience in many different techniques. Education is extremely important to her, so rest assured that she makes it a priority to stay up on education so that she is able to provide you with the latest and greatest. Hair is deep in her blood as she comes from a family of salon owners and stylists. Whether you are in need of a haircut, traditional foil highlights, balayage or vivid rainbow hair, Melissa will listen, share some thoughts, ideas and envision it all with you. If you have or need the vision, she can create it for you!

SKYLAR GANDY
Stylist

Skylar began her journey in the cosmetic world in 2019 when she attended Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School. She has since fallen in love with coloring and cutting hair. Her balayage techniques make for very happy guests! She always had a passion for art growing up and is so happy to be able to use those skills to her advantage in the beauty world! Outside of the salon, you may find Skylar drawing, painting, listening to music, or spending time with her bearded dragon, Piko!​

ZURI TORRES
Stylist/Makeup Artist

Zuri has been in the beauty industry since 2017. She loves lived-in hair, short edgy cuts, vivid colors, and incredible scalp massages. With her passion for makeup, she has experience working photo shoots, fashion shows, and weddings all over the Atlanta area. Whether with hair or makeup, she hopes to leave anyone that has been in her chair empowered to express themselves anyway they see fit. When she is not doing hair or makeup, you can find Zuri at home sketching, painting water color portraits, cuddling with her daughter, and desperately trying to keep her house plants alive.

GRACE FOSTER
Stylist

Grace began her journey in the salon industry during high school, where she worked as a salon guest coordinator for three years. After seeing what a creative career path it could be, she began cosmetology school in 2019. Since then, she's grown a passion for all things color and cut! Outside of the salon, you can find her reading, playing video games, or hanging out with her cuddly cat!​

LANDRI HOKE
Stylist​

Landri is a proud fourth generation hairstylist and has grown up in the hair industry. She officially started her journey behind the chair in 2018 and has recently moved to Atlanta from North Carolina. Landri loves all things edgy, vivid colors, blondes, and making all of her guests feel their best! Outside of the salon, you can find her either at the barn with her three horses, hanging out with her friends, or at home reading and snuggled up with her cats!

SOPHIA ANNARELLI
Stylist​

Sophia's love for the beauty industry began way back in middle school. She knew the salon life was for her when she studied cosmetology at Maxwell School of Technology. Sophia continued her education by completing an apprentice program and the rest is history! She loves extensions, blondes and lived in color. One of her favorite things about being a stylist is the opportunity to make connections with her guests. When Sophia isn't in the salon, you can find her enjoying the outdoors and hiking!​

MORGAN WRIGHT

Morgan has been in the hair industry since 2017. Her love for all things beauty began in high school when she first fell in love with makeup! She quickly became obsessed with all things hair once her cosmetology journey began! She specializes in all things blonde and vivid fashion colors. If she's not at the salon, you'll probably find her at home with her four cats or watching a movie with her fiancé.

ERIN PENNY

Erin started her cosmetology career taking classes in high school and knew very early on that an apprenticeship was right for her. After mentoring directly under Dawn, Erin has been steadfast in continuing her education by receiving numerous certifications from the L'Oreal Professional Academy. She prides herself in trying to find what works best for each guest that sits in her chair. As much as the salon experience is about your hair, Erin also understands that it is about exceptional guest service as well. She hopes to make every person around her not only look their best, but feel amazing on the inside too.

KATIE STOVER
Stylist

Katie has been in the salon industry for over a decade, but she has been styling hair since she was a young girl and has had the passion for her entire life. As a color enthusiast, Katie loves highlights, long layered cuts, beach waves, and all things blonde. Her goal is to make all of her guests feel totally at home in her chair and to have them leave feeling their absolute best. Outside of the salon, you can find Katie enjoying a glass of wine with friends or traveling with her husband and family.

FIFI PARK

Josephine, also lovingly known as Fifi has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. She has spent the last decade as an educator for both Paul Mitchell and Aveda but is ready to step back behind the chair! Fifi hopes to continue expanding the minds of future generations as education is in her blood. Short cuts and styles are her passion and her precision + passion truly show in every guest that sits in her chair. Outside of the salon, you can find Fifi hanging out with her son + pupsi.

ALIZA SCHORR

Aliza began her hair journey in 2020 where she attended Paul Mitchell Atlanta for their cosmetology program. After graduating in 2021 and assisting in the salon industry, she began servicing guests. Aliza has a passion for dimensional color, redheads, and fun haircuts; in her free time, she enjoys catching up on her most binged television shows, spending time with her friends and thrift shopping!

LINDSEY BISSELL

Lindsey began her professional career at a salon in Knoxville, TN after she graduated from Tennessee School of Beauty in 2023. Lindsey recently returned to the Atlanta area to be closer to friends and family. Lindsey’s approach to cutting allows you to enhance the natural texture of your hair and shares tips to recreating your style at home. Lindsey enjoys layered and curly haircuts, up-do styles and dimensional brunettes. When Lindsey is not working you can find her dancing to live music or painting on the porch. ​

MISTY KEYS
Guest Service Expert Manager

Misty has been in the hospitality industry her entire life. Before finding her niche in the salon industry, Misty was a corporate trainer, implementing techniques for hospitality + new guest generation. As a guest service expert manager, you will find Misty in the salon working tirelessly to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time. In Misty's free time, you can find her hanging out with her daughter and cooking new meals!

BROOKE JOHNSON

Brooke is currently a cosmetology student eager to gain more experience in the salon! With a background in customer service, she is excited to expand her skills and knowledge as she works as a guest service expert during her schooling. Soon you will see Brooke on the salon floor! In Brooke's spare time, you can find her reading, watching movies, hanging out with friends and going on hot-girl walks!
